Dr. Irwin's Review

This a a therapeutic neck product similar to the Nectifirm, but better (in my opinion :)).  Use it at night and put a moisturizer over it, or in the morning with sunscreen over it.  Lots of peptides to promote cell turnover and cell health, including algae extract (Pseudoalteromonas), antioxidant (Ascorbyl Palmitate + tocopheryl) and sodium Hyaluronate.  This helps with texture, crepiness and to prevent future aging, used with sunscreen every morning.

No cream will take care of sagging jowls or extra skin under the chin!  For that you'll need a dermatologist visit with someone who does aesthetic derm, or a plastic surgeon.

All MadisonMD products are free of parabens, propylene glycol, synthetic fragrance and animal cruelty.

SkinTour's Philosophy:
Skincare is your best
investment
One of the best investments in your skin is your daily skincare. Why? Because you can prevent many problems with blotchy skin color, lack of glow, texture, some types of acne, and fine lines with good skincare products. You can also correct some of these problems with effective skincare products. Great skincare is often more expensive because quality ingredients are expensive. Some companies spend on research/development which benefits all of us and adds to the cost. Are they worth it? In general - yes!
