Dr. Irwin's Product Review
Thankfully, we have now some real alternatives to prescription hydroquinones. This is one of them. Hydroquinones are effective, but they've been banned in the EU, and many Derms now use them for a few months at a time.
This plant based skin lightener/brightener is an alternative and can be used year around. Other ones to look at are the MadisonMD Uneven Pigment Fighter, Lytera and Skin Discoloration Defense.
