    Neck Chest and Hand Repair

    Size: 2 oz

    Who It's For

Everyone interested in preserving the skin on their neck, chest and hands.  Not irritating but be careful if you have sensitive skin - try a small area at first.

    Dr. Irwin's Product Review

Finally a good product for the neck, chest and hands.  Does seem to improve color and texture overall but don't expect change in deeper wrinkles or raised brown spots. You need your dermatologist for those.

    How to Use

Every morning under sunscreen and every evening under moisturizer on the neck, chest, and hands.

    Nectifirm Advanced

    Size:  1.7 oz

    Dr. Irwin's Review

This is one of the best performing neck creams we've tested and is popular with our patients. It improves the fine lines and mild laxity (sagging), if it's mild.  If you have loose skin, this will help a bit with texture, but not the sagging. Contains a high concentration (see the 3rd ingredient) of an extract from a red microalgae (porphyridium), peptides and green tea extract. It's not oily but moisturizing. Antioxidant with potentially anti-inflammatory properties.

    Dr. Irwin's Product Review

Finally there is a plant based alternative that works almost as well as the hydroquinones which are available by prescription. For those those with melasma, or a lot of sun damage, there may not be a "cure," but it's nice to have a reasonable alternative to the hydroquinone.  You can use this product year around, or use it when you are taking a break from prescription hydroquinone.

If you have pigment problems, you must wear  an 18-20% zinc containing sunscreen every day, and wear a brimmed hat whenever outdoors!

Transexamic Acid Helps correct the appearance of hyperpigmentation.

Phenylethyl Resorcinol Helps support melanin balance to correct the appearance of hyperpigmentation.

Niacinamide & Tetrapeptide-30 Helps prevent the appearance of new spots while visibly balancing the appearance of your skin tone.

Marine Extract Blend Helps to correct and prevent the appearance of hyperpigmentation while supporting a healthy skin barrier.

Phytic Acid Enhances skin texture and promotes even-looking skin.

    Size 2.8 oz

    Dr. Irwin's Product Review

Very moisturizing which is good because we have almost no oil glands on the neck which is one reason it wrinkles so easily.  The actives are mostly lipids  and silicone like compounds that help to retain water in our skin.  This keeps is more hydrated.

Aqua (Water), Acetyl Glucosamine, Cyclopentasiloxane, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Ethoxydiglycol Oleate, Dimethicone, Cyclohexasiloxane, Tocopheryl (Vitamin E) Acetate, Palmitoyl Glycine, Malus Domestica Fruit Cell Culture Extract, Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Glycerides, Hydrogenated Palm Glycerides.

Unisex Fingerless Sun Gloves UPF 50+

Size: Comes in two sizes:  Small and Medium

    Dr. Irwin's Product Review

If you protect the backs of your hands from light, it prevents brown (age) spots and wrinkles. UVA radiation is the main culprit and comes in through your car windshield, windows, and is present outside all day.  I use them all the time now when I'm driving.  Soft, easy to get on and off, and fingerless. They even have a textured surface on the grip so your hands won't slip on the wheel.

    How to Use

Anytime, but especially good in the car.

  • 5-Point Brightening & Pigment Serum
    5-Point Brightening & Pigment Serum
    Madison MD

    Size: 1fl oz

    Dr. Irwin's Product Review

This product is loaded with plant based lightening and brightening agents.  The ingredients speak for themselves.  And there are actually 9 active agents in this products!  It's very compatible with other products and make-up.

For pigment problems like melasma and brown spots use twice a day after cleansing, but under all other products.

For prevention, use once a day in the morning, after cleansing then put your other products over it.

The antioxidant I recommend is the Madison MD Triple Antioxidant Serum.

The goal of MadisonMD is to produce skin care products for active lifestyles, focused on wellness, skin health & beauty, at a good price point.

    Zero Irritation Retinol
    Madison MD

    Size: 1.7 fl oz

    Dr. Irwin's Product Review

The key to the zero irritation is in the base cream and the way you use it.  The base is very hydrating and moisturizing with triglycerides, shea butter, and avocado oil.  This formula is focused to improve sun damage, wrinkles and help to prevent skin cancers (like all topical retinoids).  Also contains small amounts of vitamin E, Vit B5 (panthenol), and chamomile extract.

Be sure to apply at night OVER your moisturizer after waiting about 5 minutes.

  • Neck Rescue
    Neck Rescue
    Madison MD

    Size:  1.7 oz

    Dr. Irwin's Review

This a a therapeutic neck product similar to the Nectifirm, but better (in my opinion :)).  Use it at night and put a moisturizer over it, or in the morning with sunscreen over it.  Lots of peptides to promote cell turnover and cell health, including algae extract (Pseudoalteromonas), antioxidant (Ascorbyl Palmitate + tocopheryl) and sodium Hyaluronate.  This helps with texture, crepiness and to prevent future aging, used with sunscreen every morning.

No cream will take care of sagging jowls or extra skin under the chin!  For that you'll need a dermatologist visit with someone who does aesthetic derm, or a plastic surgeon.

All MadisonMD products are free of parabens, propylene glycol, synthetic fragrance and animal cruelty.

SkinTour's Philosophy:
Skincare is your best
One of the best investments in your skin is your daily skincare. Why? Because you can prevent many problems with blotchy skin color, lack of glow, texture, some types of acne, and fine lines with good skincare products. You can also correct some of these problems with effective skincare products. Great skincare is often more expensive because quality ingredients are expensive. Some companies spend on research/development which benefits all of us and adds to the cost. Are they worth it? In general - yes!
